Drop-In Meditation with Louise Gebhart

Join Louise Gebhart on Friday evenings for a welcoming guided meditation group in the peaceful CFSC Sanctuary.
Whether you are exploring meditation for the first time or have an established practice, you are warmly invited to attend. Each session offers an opportunity to quiet the mind, reconnect with yourself and enjoy the supportive energy of meditating in community.
All experience levels are welcome. Please arrive a few minutes early, as the doors will be locked once the meditation has begun to preserve a quiet and uninterrupted space.
